12B-2ZT+ Donghua ZT+ drive chain with ZinTek plating and chemical nickel plated pins

Donghua ZT+ drive chains are coated by a zinc aluminium compound and its pins are chemically nickel plated. The ZT coating is also known as a Zintek coating layer and is used with many different steel product to protect the steel product from corrosion. This ZT coating has proven to have extremely high corrosion resistance, offering an even better corrosion protection than standard finish treatments zinc or nickel plating. Wear resistence is improved even further due to the chemical nickel plated pins with a surface hardness of 1,000 HV. Manufactured to ISO 606 DIN8187, this British Standard Drive chain is pre-loaded, has seamless rollers and comes marked with a production batch code number for complete traceability. This Drive chain is pre-lubricated by default, special lubricants for high or low temperatures, food applications or specific environments are available. All Donghua chains are sealed in plastic bags and packed in cardboard boxes with clear descriptions and safety instructions according to ISO 606 DIN8187 Standard packaging size is 5 meters per box, reels are available on request.
