Donghua Stainless Steel+ drive chains offer a +30% higher wear resistance than normal Stainless Steel drive chains due to the use of hard chromized pins. Donghua Stainless Steel drive chains meet the high requirements of the food industry, offering different food-grade lubricants for special food applications. Donghua Stainless Steel drive chains are not lubricated by default, pre-lubrication is available on request. Donghua Stainless Steel drive chains cannot replace standard carbon steel drive chains in the same size because breaking load and wear resistance differ too much. Manufactured to ISO 606 DIN8187, this British Standard Drive chain is pre-loaded, has seamless rollers and comes marked with a production batch code number for complete traceability. All Donghua chains are sealed in plastic bags and packed in cardboard boxes with clear descriptions and safety instructions according to ISO 606 DIN8187 Standard packaging size is 5 meters per box, reels are available on request.
