32B-1CP Donghua CP drive chain with hard chromized pins

Donghua CP drive chains are built with hard chromized pins. Donghua CP roller chain are used in tough environments, allowing for high speed or high frequency of movement in the bearing area, resisting wear much better than case hardened pins. The surface hardness is more than 1,100 HV10, offering a 30% higher wear resistance than standard case hardened pins. In combination with highly sophisticated lubricant, this technology offers a unique performance in terms of wear resistance. Manufactured to ISO 606 DIN8187, this British Standard Drive chain is pre-loaded, has seamless rollers and comes marked with a production batch code number for complete traceability. This Drive chain is pre-lubricated by default, special lubricants for high or low temperatures, food applications or specific environments are available. All Donghua chains are sealed in plastic bags and packed in cardboard boxes with clear descriptions and safety instructions according to ISO 606 DIN8187 Standard packaging size is 5 meters per box, reels are available on request.
