For over 30 years, Paolo Carelli has been a driving force at Mondial S.p.A., where he now serves as the Business Unit Manager for Power Transmission. “I started at Mondial in late 1995, after spending time in the steelmaking and oil and gas sectors. That technical background has been crucial for my work in power transmission, where everything is made from steel and must meet rigorous standards for mechanical properties.”

Mondial’s automated warehouse in Piacenza is directly connected to its Milan office. “This allows us to check inventory, control production, and ship goods immediately,” he adds.

Collaboration is at the heart of Mondial’s success. “We work closely with our OEM partners. For example, we exchange 3D drawings and assemble components to deliver sub-assemblies or kits. Our goal is to make things as seamless as possible for our clients.”

These aren’t just add-ons; they’re essential for predictive maintenance and efficiency.”
