Choose Donghua’s standard conveyor chains with straight side plates

Our standard conveyor chains with straight side plates form the basis for numerous industrial applications. The straight side plate carries the product directly, while the roller runs over an external guide. Thanks to the wide and flat bearing surface, the chain prevents damage to the product.
Please note that the roller of the chain should not be overloaded. We will be happy to help you find the right balance between load capacity and running quality.

For conveyor systems with longer distances or lighter products, Donghua offers chains on double pitch. This design reduces the number of links per metre, lowers weight and saves on costs. So you choose an efficient and economical solution without compromising on reliability.

Donghua supplies double pitch conveyor chains with large rollers that make your conveyor system run more efficiently and quietly. The larger roller reduces the internal friction while the chain is turning, making the chain run smoother and the system consume less energy.
